How do I obtain a user name and password?
- User name should be your account number and the password your zip code, this format is used for Lens Ordering and Online Lens Order Status.
Why doesn’t my user name, password work?
- All user names and passwords must be set up at the lab. If your account does not work please call for account activation.
Can I use a frame tracer?
- Any frame tracer should be compatible with the order entry program. Call if you need assistance.
Who is able to order online?
- All approved accounts. Call to set up your Online Ordering. 610-433-5269.
Can I order any time?
- Online Ordering is open 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
When is the order received at the lab?
- Orders are retrieved at the lab at least once every hour.
