FAQ’S

1. How do I obtain a user name and password?

  • User name should be your account number and the password your zip code, this format is used for Online Ordering and Online work in progress. The Price List requires a separate sign in, this is to keep your prices confidential. 2. Can I use a frame tracer?

  • Any frame tracer should be compatible with the order entry program. Call if you need assistance.

3. Why doesn’t my user name, password work?

  • All user names and passwords must be set up at the lab. If your account does not work please call for account activation.

4. Who is able to order online?

  • All approved accounts. Call to set up your Online Ordering. 610-433-5269.

5. Can I order any time?

  • Online Ordering is open 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.

6. When is the order received at the lab?

  • Orders are retrieved at the lab at least once every hour.
